Application Form Grades 2-8

Grades 2-8

  1. We have an initial meeting and school tour. You should bring your child’s current school records (grade reports, behavioral reports, IEP, etc.) and medical evaluations/testing information (neuropsychological report, OT/PT/SPL evaluations, etc.).

  2. Parent(s) submit completed application with non-refundable application fee of $150. If school records and medical evaluations were not yet submitted these should be submitted with the application along with a signed records release. Student work samples are also helpful and should be submitted.

  3. Parents may apply for financial assistance following the directions provided on the Applying for Financial Aid informational sheet.

  4. The application, work samples, and records are reviewed by the teaching staff and the Director of Education.

  5. Depending on the time of year, a school visit takes place. This is where the student will shadow for a day. If the school is not in session, and this option is not available, the student should join the parent(s) for an additional meeting with the Director of Education and possibly a member of the faculty.

  6. The family will then be notified whether or not their application is accepted. If accepted for enrollment, the parent(s) will complete a tuition agreement, provide the non-refundable deposit and other enrollment forms will be completed. If applying for financial assistance, you will also be notified of acceptance and your awarded amount.
